The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.  "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice (which was emailed to you at the time of your purchase). All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase, less shipping and handling charges, which are not refundable ( unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@CZGlamour.com.  Please supply us with your order number from your original purchase confirmation e-mail.  We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.  CZGlamour.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

If there is extensive damage to the shipping carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately at returns@CZGlamour.com. Please include your order number in the e-mail.

It takes us 7-10 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Return Instructions

Here is the simple process for returning an item to CZGlamour.com:

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the silver jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry, if you choose to exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price for the new item you choose. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!

3. Place all the original packaging in the return shipment, including your sterling silver jewelry, box, pouch, and a copy of the invoice.

4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of your purchase. We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.

5. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to the address listed below. We recommend using USPS (U.S Postal Service) using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package. CZGlamour.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

6. Once your silver jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 7 -10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
